Greetings!
I am John Francis Cruz, the Young Mentors for the Future (YMF) secretary and acting-president.
I am writing in behalf of my co-YMF to ask permission from your good office to let us use the
College Rooftop Open Area on December 18, 2015 at 7 oclock in the morning up to 12 oclock
noon for the celebration of our Christmas Party. This Christmas Party is important to us because
it will provide us an excellent opportunity for us to reiterate and deliver messages, recognition
awards and plans for the year ahead; incorporate fun into our event with icebreakers and
teambuilding activities to strengthen team dynamic and unite the workforce; encourage everyone
to mingle outside of a work setting, in turn boosting morale; it will be a break away from the
desk and an opportunity for everyone to have fun; and get everyone together to for a jolly. We
are looking forward to your kind understanding.
