Demonstrates
professionalism- this week
helped with the school wide
STEM fair. She assisted
during parent/teacher
conferences. During the
county inservice day attended
all workshops and actively
participated in all activities.
SuggestionsforContinuingProfessionalDevelopment:AreasofStrengthandAreasforGrowth
Kathleen continues to grow in her management skills and controlling the flow of the lesson by making the
most of the short time she is with the students. While I was practicing the ACCESS on-line test with a
small group, she helped with the STEM fair and also helped during her planning block. This was greatly
appreciated the she took the initiative to be involved once she had already observed the practice 2 times.
She is continuing to find ways to manage positive classroom behavior to find which ways work best for
her with the different groups. She is working on housekeeping- setting up for the day and clearing up
between groups and shutting down equipment at the end of the day. She is working hard.
