New season asparagus, handpicked crab

and duck egg omelette bake


Serves four..

Ingredients
8 Duck eggs
1 Red onion chopped finely
1 Bunch Fresh new season Cornish Asparagus
100g White crab meat picked
A pinch Cornish Sea salt
Rustic whole wheat soldiers, and home made ketchup

All you do,


Pre heat the oven to 180 degrees.

Snip the asparagus spears, chop the red onion and keep aside.

Whisk the duck eggs, until fluffy, fold in the crab meat, and the chopped vegetables.

Divide equally into the crab shells and bake in the pre heated oven.

Serve hot with rustic whole wheat soldiers, and home made ketchup!!!…
