Script- Love Triangle

SCENE ONE:
INT. LUCYS HOUSE AFTERNOON
Lucy and Nat are at Lucys houses, watching The Lego Movie. They are
cuddled up on the sofa sipping Starbucks coffee, giggling and
talking.
LUCY
I cant believe youve never seen Lego Movie
Before. Its so funny. Wanna go out for dinner later
To celebrate 5 years together?
NAT
Me neither, Im glad we watched it. Yeah sure
I am defiantly up for that, what do you
Fancy eating tonight?
LUCY
Im stuck between Chinese or Italian. But I
Dont mind, surprise me.
NAT
Alright. Well Im going to go home first and
Freshen up and change out of my trackies

Lucy and Nat kiss goodbye. Lucy gets ready for their date tonight.

SCENE TWO:
INT. GIGGLING SQUID - EVENING
Lucy and Nat are at Giggling Squid, sat opposite each other in a low
light setting, talking.

NAT

So I was thinking next break we should

Go away somewhere nice. Somewhere in
Europe as weve never been before
LUCY
Yes I would love to go to Europe with you!
I think Budapest or Amsterdam
Would be lovely to go to!
NAT
I like the sound of Amsterdam.
I am not looking forward to going
Back to uni tomorrow, 9am lecture!

SCENE THREE:
INT: UNIVERSITY LECTURE MORNING
Nat is in his university lecture when his teacher introduces a new
student to their class who has just moved to Avalon. The new girl
sits next to Nat.
NAT
Hey Im Nat, welcome to Avalon Uni
ALASKA
Hi Im Alaska, its nice to meet you
NAT
When did you arrive? Want a

NAT

Nat receives a text from Lucy wanna stay round tonight? First day
back has been brutal. Nat ignores the text and puts his phone away
to focus on Alaska. Nat and Alaskas lecture finishes and they head
towards Starbucks.

SCENE FOUR:
INT. STARBUCKS MORNING
Nat and Alaska are sat in Starbucks, Nat is acting shady he doesnt
want Lucy to spot him with Alaska.
NAT

buzzes with another text from Lucy saying ?? I take that as a no,
but its fine you properly have loads of work to do. Nat gives her a
quick text back saying sorry been so busy this morning, have tons
of work babe, sorry love you will see you soon

SCENE FIVE:
INT. NATS HOUSE EVENING
Nat is helping Alaska study and catch up with the work she has
missed.
NAT
You havent missed that much we
Should finish this by tomorrow
ALASKA

NAT

Nat leans in for a kiss but is interrupted when Alaskas phone
starts ringing
ALASKA
Its my mum! She must be outside

SCENE SIX:
EXT. OUTSIDE OF THE UNIVERSITY AFTERNOON
Alaska is looking lost trying to find her with a map. She isnt
looking where she is going and bumps into Lucy
ALASKA
Oh my god! I am so sorry! I didnt

INT. NATS HOUSE EVENING
Alaska is round Nats house, finishing off all the work she needs to
catch up on.

That should be all

We finished early, my mum isnt getting me

ALASKA
I dont mind, watch a movie?
NAT
Yeah alright I will put Netflix on
Nat and Alaska watch Netflix, cuddled up on Nats bed.

SCENE EIGHT:
EXT. OUTSIDE OF THE UNIVERSITY AFTERNOON
Nat and Alaska are sat outside in the sunshine talking and laughing,
Nat has his hand rested on her thigh. Lucy sees the two together and
gets suspicious and texts him Hey what you doing? she watches Nat
pick up his phone, read the message and put his phone away. She gets
angry and heads over. Nat sees Lucy coming and takes his hand off

LUCY
Oh hey guys, how are you?
ALASKA
Lucy! Hey what you doing tonight?
Wanna go to the cinema to watch
The new horror movie The Boy
LUCY
Yeah sure I would love to, Ill pick you
Up about 9? Nat can I speak to you

NAT
Yeah sure, whats up
Nat gets up and walks away with Lucy
LUCY
What the hell I saw you ignore my text?
What is going on with you at the moment?
NAT
Im sorry, Ive been helping Alaska with work
LUCY

They walk back over to Alaska.
