Death of Arthur Volupides Case Report
Around 1:00 A.M in the Volupides residence, Arthur Volupides was found lying
on the floor at the bottom of the stairs dead. Statements from Arthurs wife Queenie
Volupides and her friends claim that she and Arthur had been fighting and Mrs.
Volupides left the residence to go to the country club where there was a party.
Arthur was wearing a formal attire under a robe so it is safe to assume that he
planned on going with his wife before their argument. Later around 1:00 A.M, Mrs.
Volupides invited her friends over for one last drink at her home. Her friends arrived
at Mrs. Volupides home 10 minutes after she did. They stated that their friend met
them at the door and said exactly, Something terrible happened. Arthur slipped
and fell on the stairs. He was coming down for another drink he still had the glass
n his hand and I think hes dead. Oh, my God what shall I do?
There can be many things that can be questioned from this case. The biggest
question being asked is if Queenie Volupides was responsible for Arthur Volupides
death, or if she was just innocent and simply came home to a horrifying sight of her
husband dead at the foot of the stairs. In this case, I and my partners have gained
information from an autopsy on Arthurs body, photos of his body and the position
he was in, statements from Queenie Volupides and her friends, and photos of the
environment around Arthurs body.
Arthurs body was documented to be at the foot of the wooden stairs on his
back with his legs on the stairs and his head tilted to the right with a cup in his

hand. He was wearing formal attire over a bathrobe. The autopsy later confirmed
that Arthur had died from a wound on the head and he was indeed drunk when this
happened. One statement that was made by us at first was that he may have been
too drunk and ended up falling down the stairs to his death, however we continued
the investigation. Other observations we have noted is that there is something
cooking on the stove at 1:00 A.M in the morning which me and my partners found
very suspicious personally as Mrs. Volupides was at a party and would most likely
not be famished and Arthur was drunk so it is unlikely that he was the one to be
cooking. We also noted that there was a small rug draped over the stairs but even
though Arthur apparently fell down from the top of the stairs, the rug has not
moved an inch and the mirror and candle holders on the wall against the stairs are
in the right positions as well. Also the position of Arthurs body is strange as well. It
is not impossible but considering all the positions you tend to be in when you fall
down stairs, it was a very strange position unless he summersaulted or fell
sideways. Then there is the cup. Usually when people tend to fall down stairs they
sometimes let go of whatever their holding. Of course this is not always the case
but if he did fall sideways or summersaulted then it makes the entire situation less
likely that he would still be holding the cup in his hand after falling and dying.
In conclusion, I and my partners have come with a final statement. Queenie
Volupides was responsible for the death of Arthur Volupides. We have based this
conclusion on the suspicious environment around Arthurs body and the position
and grip of the body itself. At first some of our suspicions could simply be a
coincidence, however after many more began to rise, it became apparent to us that
there were some problems with Arthurs death scenario considering the state of
things like the rug on the stairs or the pan on the stove. A statement from Mrs.

Volupides friends already said that she was at her home 10 minutes before her
friends. Plenty of time to kill Arthur. Her motives could have been from the fight
they had before the country club party or extreme emotions occurring as it is very
likely that she was drunk as she stated that she invited her friends over for one
more drink. I and my partners agree that there are too many suspicions and
coincident for this to be a simple accident and different claims and pictures prove
there is something more going on. This is the end of my report on the death of
Arthur Volupides case.
