Manpower Utilization Report

The main purpose of this report is to record the number of

workers who did particular job or activity at a certain period of
time. It is a report where the assignment of manpower is cited. It
includes the quantities of manpower in a day or a week
depending whether the report is on a daily or weekly basis. It is
very important to monitor the manpower to conserve time and
avoid delays in the project.
Manpower and equipment loading schedules must always be
interconnected. The two must be dependent with each other
because equipment can only be utilized with the presence of
workers and some tasks or work can only be performed with the
help or presence of a certain equipment. Manpower schedules
coordinate the manpower requirements of a project and show the
number of personnel required for each activity. Manpower
designation varies from laborer, skilled laborer, foreman, machine
operator, etc.
