As Junior at Grove City College, I have
had the opportunity to study English and
Education in a Liberal Arts framework. Teaching and the study of literature
have been passions of mine for a long
time. It has been a joy to learn the
pedagogy behind inspiring a love of reading and writing in the students I teach.

Experience

Compassionately and patiently serve the mentally and

physically handicapped residents of the Polk Center
through the facilitation of a short Bible study, praise and
worship time, and arts and crafts projects.

Active participant in a student-run mission outreach

group that sponsors large campus events to raise money
for various groups and missions in East Africa.

Developed organizational skills through working out

logistics of running campus events, and currently design
marketing campaigns for the group.

Serve as the group treasurer.

Created a team of curators to help design exhibits for

student art.

Developing organization and leadership skills by working alongside administration and art professors to
coordinate this event.

Demonstrated leadership through trip and lesson planning, and through organization of crafts and activities.
