This compilation was prepared


and developed to provide and share
experiences for those who will
undergo the same undertakings.
Through the experiences written,
some latest innovations and
strategies in teaching were shared.
Their applicability will vary
depending on whatever and
whenever it suits to the classroom
situation. Some classroom problems

Policies and Guidelines help to foster an


environment that promotes academic and
professional success in learners and teachers at
all levels. The achievement of such success is
dependent on an environment free of behaviors
which can undermine the important missions of
our institution. An atmosphere of mutual
respect, collegiality, fairness, and trust is
essential. Although teachers are given privileges
in policies and guidelines, teachers must also
bear particular responsibility with respect to
their evaluative roles relative to student work
and with respect to modeling appropriate
professional behaviors.
Educating children profoundly affects their
lives and influences the life of anyone who
comes into contact
those children.

Education provides a foundation for a child to
base the rest of his or her life on. Without a solid
education, it becomes impossible for an
individual to provide for themselves and their
family. Also, well-educated people can make
decisions that benefit both their own interests
and the interests of society as a whole
These were the words comes in mind, while

Learning is a two way process not just to


teach to your students but to learn also from
your students. The materials used are attractive
enough to get the interest of the learner. Every
student is surprise of what learning activities.
Since that was result they can learn and give
participation in the class.
It is very useful to use different tools in
teaching to awaken their minds and fell not be
bored during the discussion. It is necessity for a
teacher to have plenty of techniques and tools
upon discussing to his/her students. In this way
students attention will be caught due to the new
way of teaching you shown to them. Engaging
students into many instructional techniques

Looking through experience is not easy
because I see how the teacher prepares her
lesson just to show how they deliver or target
their lessons. They make effort just to present
smoothly and appropriate to the students.

Children today are growing up in a world that has


changed significantly over the past ten years. They are
comfortable around technology that they have known all their
lives. The changes going on today create an opportunity and a
necessity for a transformation in the education system and in
the way children are taught. Children must be prepared for a
future of continued rapid change.
The teacher, obviously, plays the most important role in
the teaching-learning process. The teacher determines the
students, plans tasks with very specific outcomes in mind,
determines the value point system for completion of certain
tasks, and determines assessment tools and the ways in which
they
will
be
used.
In addition, the teacher serves as a facilitator, resource,
and observer during all learning activities. It is expected that
the teacher will remain actively involved by circulating among
the groups and by joining groups for brief periods of time to
facilitate, not to dominate. It is the teacher who signals closure
to
the
learning
activity
by
initiating
sharing.
Moreover, I believe a person has many role models in their
lives. Each role model teaches a person about themselves. A
role model to me is someone who not only treats me as an
equal but is honest, trusting, and most of all open-minded
especially in todays society. We live in a society that really
doesn't allow one to be different. A role model DARES you and
themselves to be different. That is, being a teacher is a crucial
profession but must always bear in mind that we (teachers) live
to teach and not to teach to live.

Highest form of acknowledgement is due for the


relevant people who contributed much of their time,
effort and skills upon completion of this student
teaching portfolio.

To all my student, for being good and giving their


outmost cooperation during my stay on their school
and allowing me to be fact of their family.
