BANK ROBBERY / MURDER

Remarks: During the crime, both a revolver handgun and a sawed-off shotgun were used.

CAUTION
On August 12, 2003, at approximately 9:45 a.m., a male subject entered the Xerox Federal Credit Union
located in Webster, New York. The male was wearing a dark blue nylon jacket with the letters FBI written
in yellow on the back and on the sleeves. The male also wore a blue bulletproof vest as well as a United
States Marshals Service style badge around his neck. He was wearing dark-colored sunglasses and a
poorly fitting afro-style wig. After encountering some resistance from an employee, the subject removed
two firearms from a large briefcase. During the course of the robbery, the subject shot two patrons, killing
one and severely injuring another. After obtaining an undisclosed amount of money, the subject fled the
Credit Union.
The subject is described as a Black male, approximately 60 tall, medium build, weighing approximately
180 to 200 pounds. The subjects approximate age at the time of the robbery was 30 to 35 years of age. His
current age would be approximately 43 to 48 years of age.

REWARD
The FBI is offering a reward of up to $50,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of this
individual.
