In 1858 Abraham Lincoln and Stephen Douglas went head to head

to become the 16th president of the United States. Abraham

Lincoln is known for the being the most honest president giving
him the nickname Honest Abe. However, no matter how honest
you are, in the presidential election you will have to play dirty
tricks if you want to win the election. Stephen Douglas was all
about dirty tricks but Abraham Lincoln wasnt for it. To get Lincoln
to agree to dirty tricks, you should tell him. He better not know
what his campaign manager was doing to help him win. Do you
think that its good that politicians use dirty tricks to get the vote
or they should win in an honest way?
