Forthisassignment,youwillworkinpairs.Yourobjective,asagroup,istoteacha
sectionoftheChartertoyourclassmatesANDillustrateitsapplicationtoaSupremeCourt
ruling.Presentationsshouldtakeabout15minuteseach.Youwillhavetimetoresearchyour
ChartersectionduringclassWeds,Thurs.

Withyourpartner,readthesectionoftheCharteryouhavebeenassignedandensure
thateachofyouunderstanditwellenoughtoexplainittotheclass.Youcanfindacopyofthe
Charterintheappendixofthetext.YoursectionoftheCharterwillalsoberelatedtoa
landmarkcase.Useyourtextbookandotherelectronicresourcestodevelopyour
understandingofhowthiscaseraisedaconstitutionalchallengetolaw.
