This preliminary estimate amounting to Rs 4,83,612/- W O has

been framed by Shri N C Ragahavacharyalu Executive Engineer (E), Bangalore
Central Electrical Division 2, CPWD, Bangalore and submitted for Obtaining
Administrative approval and Expenditure sanction from the competent authority and
depositing the fund
REPORT
History:This estimate caters for replacement of service main feeder pillar at
Income Tax campus, Gadag. The existing feeder pillar was erected during the
construction at gadag. It has out lived for more than 15 years and due t
atmospheric and weather condition and the metal box got damaged and beyond
economical repairs. Hence the same is proposed to be replacing with a new feeder
pillar to receive and distribute power supply to the campus. This estimate has been
prepared as per the request letter No. MISC/ITO/W-1 & DDO/GDG/2015-16 dated
22/12/2015 of the Income Tax Officer, Gadag.
Design and Scope
This estimate caters for replacement of service main
feeder pillar at Income Tax campus, Gadag. The existing feeder pillar was erected
during the construction of IT campus at gadag. The existing feeder pillar has
outlived and hence 1 no. outdoor type feeder pillar with one incoming and six
outgoing switches is proposed to be erected just a little distance away from the
existing feeder pillar . Also the service main able from the HESCOM pole to the
feeder pillar is proposed to be replace as the existing cable is found damaged at
certain places. Necessary earth sets with 600 mm x 600mm x 6 mm plate earth
electrode are proposed for earthing of new feeder.
Any unforeseen minor items left out will be met from the contingencies
proposed.
