Community Health Clinical last year. She was an outstanding student. She is
very bright and has superior communication skills. She uses critical thinking
and the nursing process to develop well thought out care plans for his clients.
I have been impressed with her level of commitment and desire to do her best.
She is a natural leader and steps up with a positive approach to any challenge. I
know that she is well thought of by his peers and is involved in the student
nurses association and also taken on leadership positions in the Sigma Omega
Phi sorority. She is a good listener and has an open communication style that
will make her an asset in any health care setting.
