AFFIDAVIT OF BRETT KIMBERLIN 1, Brett Kimberlin, swear under penalty of parjury that the following is true and correct. 1. Aaron Walker has been obsessively stalking and harassing my family and me for years. In January 2012, he attended a hearing at the Montgomery County Circuit Courthouse where he was not a party and followed me into the waiting area where he violently assaulted me. This resulted in me going to a local medical clinic where I was, referred to the Emergency Room at Suburban Hospital for a contusion to the eye, back pain. and a possible concussion. 2. Walker has filed a number of criminal charges, peace orders and civil sults against me since 2012, all of which have been denied, dismissed, or nolle prossed. 3. Walker attended a court hearing uninvited in July 2013 involving a family mental health issue. After that hearing, he contacted my wife, preyed upon the crisis, and crafted false documents that she did not understand. He was not her attorney but he manipulated and took advantage of her. 4. Walker used those false documents to post on his blog scandalous and depraved lies, about my family and me. 5. A few weeks later, my wife realized what Walker had done and told Walker that the documents were false and to remove all his posts about them and her family, which she said were not true. 6. Walker responded by begging my wife to leave me because I was “not a fit father” and abusive husband. He offered to assist her in getting her and my daughters away from me. 7. My wife told Walker to leave her and our family alone. I have also repeatedly asked Walker to leave me alone but he refuses to do so. 8. Walker refused to remove any of his posts about us from his blog. In fact, he added more scandalous posts, eventually attacking my wife and then suing her, which he also wrote about on his blog. He uses these posts as entertainment for his readers and repeatedly tells them to “get out the popcorn” while they are entertained. ‘9. Walker wrote even more scandalous posts after my wife filed a request with the Commissioner to stop Walker from harassing our teenage daughter via an interactive computer device, and causing her severe emotional distress. Walker tried to follow my daughter on Twitter, posted her photo and videos of her and her choir on his blog, discussed her breasts and her cleavage, tweeted that he might take depositions from her and her friends, engaged in commentary about me not raising my daughter properly, and published code words to his readers to target my daughter because of corruption of blood, which resulted in a bevy of attacks against her from Walker's associates. 10. Walker continues to harass my family on a regular basis. He has filed suits against my wife and me along with repeated motions for sanctions.
