TheJournalofKrishnaInstituteofMedicalSciencesUniversity(JKIMSU),(ISSN22314261)ispeer
reviewed,openaccessjournalpublishedquarterly(JanuarytoMarch,ApriltoJune,JulytoSeptemberand
OctobertoDecember)intwoformatsprintedandonline(epubaheadofprint).Themainaimsofthis
journalaretopublishnovelandinterestingobservationsandadvancescientificknowledgeinallthe
branchesofmedicineandalliedsciences.TheJKIMSUprovidesaninternationalandinterdisciplinary
forumforthedisseminationofpeerreviewedreviewarticles,originalarticles,casereports,short
communication,letterstotheeditorandbookreviewsinthefieldofallbranchesofmedicalsciences.The
advisoryboardandeditorialboardofJKIMSUincludewellknowneminentscientistsfromIndiaandabroad
inallthebranchesofmedicinetoproduceahighqualityscientificjournalanimpactonresearchersand
practitioners.
Themostofthearticlesacceptedforpublicationwillbebasedontheworkcarriedoutaspartofaresearch
projectsorpostgraduate/doctoralprogramme.

Contributionsareexpectedtobeofahighstandard,notonlyinrespectofsubjectmatteranditstreatment,
butalsointhequalityofwriting.Particularattentiontobegiveninclarityandconcisenessofexpression.
Submissionofamanuscriptaccompaniescertificationonthepartoftheauthor(s)thatthearticlesubmitted
hasnotbeenpublished,norisbeingconsideredforpublicationinanyothersimilarjournal.Contributions
may,however,beconsideredbasedonpriorconferencepresentation.

Allcontributionsthatareconsideredbytheeditorstobewithintheaimandscopeofthejournalare
subjectedtopeerreviewbyatleasttworeviewers.Decisionofpublicationismadebytheeditorialboardas
perthedirectionofthereviewersandtheresponsestothequeriesofreviewersfromtheauthor(s).
