To Whom It May Concern:
My name is Michael Tucker and this is my letter on introduction. I possess a variety of qualities
and strengths. Im an honors student at Riverdale High School and Ive been a part of several school
organizations and clubs through junior high and high school. I also do work out of school which is why I
may have other qualities and skills that most people my age wouldnt have.
Through junior high and high school Ive been a part of several school organizations and clubs
such as the Beta Club and FBLA, which are two known school organizations that help students become
better people as well as better leaders. I also volunteer at a youth community center called Faith Open
Door Community Center to help troubled teens and kids from around my city. I possess the ability to talk
with comfort to large crowds and I love technology and figuring out problems. I like to help people
become better achievers and I also like to achieve and reach goals.
The difference between me and other students in my opinion is my willingness to learn and my
ability to handle constructive criticism and use it to my advantage. I like learning new things and
developing new skills. My strong point is communication and I have a number of connections with
important political figures around Georgia. My mind is open to new ideas and I also have a post high
school plan to follow. Im in the midst of putting my plan to effect now by my performance in high school
and by developing more needed skills to obtain certain future jobs in my career path.
My post high school plan is to attend a four year college and graduate on time to open a business
of my own. Ive thought of several colleges Id really like to attend which include: The University of
Georgia, Georgia Southern University, University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and Stanford, just to
name a few. In order to get into one of these colleges I have to have an extremely high GPA alongside a

nice set of SAT and ACT scores. After college Id like to open up a business of my own and invest in
several other businesses across America.
In conclusion, I think I have a special set of skills and qualities that separate me from other
students across America. Im a willing learner and have a passion for making the people around me better
as well as myself. Im working to put my post high school plan in effect and later on my post college
plan. I have positive intentions for my future and plan to one day be an important leader in my society.
