Communication and Language

Questions why things happen and gives explanations.
Builds up vocabulary that reflects the breadth of their experiences.
Beginning to understand why and how questions.

Students will use microscopes and magnifying glasses to make observations.
Students will do an experiment about a plants needs.

Understands that they can use lines to enclose a space, and then begin to use
these shapes to represent objects.
