Staff Meetings Regarding Tier 2 PBIS Interventions

PBIS Tier 2 Activities:
Current Activities for Tier 2 - None
New Tier 2 Activities Fix It Form and Noon Recess Revocation

Fix it form Asks students what the problem was, what they did, and how can
they change their actions in the future
o Are not to be used in just noon recess revocation
o Do not let students just say I yelled at someone or I made a poor decision
o If students struggle, use probing questions to guide them through the Fix It
Form
o Send form home to parents to sign. If it is not received the next day,
students will be put in Noon Recess Revocation and principal will contact
home
Noon Recess Revocation
o Student must have committed a major to be put in noon recess revocation
o Student may have REPEATED minor violations (3 or more of the SAME
incidents)
o Students will fill out a fix it form
o No talking in room
o This is being done because of the backlog of referral forms, often times we
are giving a consequence a day or more later
