Shri Viswanathan with Kalai Raghavan and Nisha Nair.

February 28 at 5:25am

Coping with the death of a loved one is not at all easy. Anyone who is born will surely will die
one day. Anyone who is dead will be reborn unless that person has exhausted his or her karmic
debt.

Lord Krishna said:
"Arjuna, birth and death are part and parcel of life... So please do not worry about them."

Lord Krishna said:
For the soul (Atman) there is neither birth nor death any time. Soul is unborn, eternal,
everlasting and primeval. Soul is not slain when the body is slain.

Lord Krishna said:
"One who has taken his birth is sure to die, and after death one is sure to take birth again.
Therefore, in the unavoidable discharge of your duty, you should not lament."

Shri Viswanathan We have to have step by step methods to deal with sadness ..... One of the best
ways is to parcipate in SAT SANGH ...............Face your feelings. .THERE IS NOTHING
WRONG IN CRYING ..........But do that in front of people who can help U...........Express your
feelings in a tangible or creative way. Look after your physical and mental health. ...

Boloji
It is the true culture of Indians in India. Many call it "A way of life." It is not an organized
religion like Christianity or Islam. It has no founder. It has no Pope. It has no hierarchy. Just a lot
of scriptures. In Hindu scriptures, you are actually studying about the history and culture of

Thandabani Atmalingam Whatever said in the scriptures is accepted unless proven
wrong....meantime we have to accept changes of time by adding on logic and reasons without
invalidating scriptures, as it's the way our existence is seen in ancient times and how it's being
seen in modern day....
