OBJECTIVE

SKILLS &
ABILITIES

EXPERIENCE

My objective is to obtain the responsibility of having a part

time job. I want to experience the companionship by working
with others and interfacing with the public. I also want to
show my leadership skills that high school years have given
me thus far. Having a part time job will also help me save
toward my college fund.

EDUCATION

AMES- THE ACADEMY FOR MATH, ENGINEERING AND SCIENCE2012-2014

My current GPA at Ames is a 3.97. I took AP art history, AP European
History, AP Chemistry, AP calculus and AP Psychology. Two years ago I
studied AP human geography. For the past two years I have been in the
math Honors courses. I was nominated by my teacher and received an
award in AP art history and Physics H for achievement and excellence.

COMMUNICATI
ON

I have been in Student Council and we would always bounce

ideas off each other. We have to communicate with each
other in order to set up dates for the occasions like
fundraisers, dances, etc.
I have taught children at the St. Stephens church primary
children classes. It helps me communicate and get to know
the kids. I lead the children in lessons, art projects and
helping them understand.

LEADERSHIP

I am currently in Interact/Rotaract which gives me a

opportunity to show my leadership skills. We all volunteer
and help out people in need. It is such a great opportunity to
help people understand whats going on in the world
surrounding them.
Also I was selected this year to help in welcoming the
freshman in the Ames Freshman Orientation. Out of 40
applicants I was one out of the eight available spots
selected.
I am a torch barrier of St. Stephens episcopal church which
helps me to lead the crucifer.
I am also in the Latinos in action which helps me support and
learn about the Latinos in my community.
