MANIFESTATION /CONFORMITY
(To the proposal of the Accused to enter a plea of Guilty as an Accessory to
the crime Charged)
THE DENR, by the undersigned counsel, unto this Honorable Court, most
respectfully state:
1. We received the written proposed plea bargaining of the accused
through counsel dated April 15, 2015;

2. In his proposal he extended his intention to withdraw his plea of not

guilty previously entered and thereafter enters a plea of guilty as an
accessory to the crime as charged in the information which is violation
of section 77 of P.D. 705;
3. In the interest of restorative justice and after proper deliberation, we
agreed to give our conformity to the above-mentioned proposal.
Hence, this Conformity.

This conformity is subject to the condition that should the accused

later on avail of the benefit of probation, the DENR prays that a
condition be imposed directing the accused to plant of a certain
number of trees within a specified area to be determined by the
DENR during the entire duration of the probation under the direct
control and supervision of the CENR officer concern.

WHEREFORE, premises considered, we submit our conformity to the

proposal of the accused.
