Gaby has been a strong supporter of the OHRL mission since joining the RA position. Gaby has routinely attended

Comments:
Gaby has increased her role modeling and leadership skills during the course of the semester. Gaby does a great
job at taking the lead with several of the large-scale programming events and she is encouraged to further develop
her relationships with her colleagues, keeping in mind the importance of portraying positivity through use of
appropriate nonverbals, patience, and open-mindedness.

Additional Comments, Concerns, or Feedback
Gaby has shown great dedication to the RA position during fall semester. Gaby has become more comfortable
and knowledgeable about the housing department and she routinely volunteers for opportunities that challenge
and strengthen her leadership skills. Gaby is highly creative and her residents, teammates, and supervisor
appreciates how she integrates this strength into her daily work when building community or solving conflicts
among residents.
