This letter is to certify that, Karla Denice A. Inso, has attended an academic field trip to the
Food and Nutrition Research Insititute today, March 14, 2016, as a part of the fulfillment of
requireemts for HNF 123 under Professor Divine Grace C. Domingo. This will therefore be used as an
excuse letter for the National Service Training Program Literacy Training Service 2 (NSTP- LTS 2)
class held on the same day which is under Professor Mark Fellizar.
