WEBSITE/CRM INTERNSHIP POSITION DESCRIPTION

The Laboratory to Combat Human Traffickings (LCHT) mission is to compel data-driven actions
to end human trafficking by conducting research, training professionals and first responders, and
educating the public. Our vision is to create an informed social change movement to end human
trafficking. Since 2005, weve: trained over 20,000 community members, law enforcement, and social
service providers; supported over 110 interns in becoming human rights leaders; helped more than 50
survivors consider college; and collaborated with numerous agencies and organizations. Our work helps
make the community a safer place establishing better environments in which to live, creating social
change, and envisioning a world where justice for all is dependent on justice for the one.

Internship Position Title:


Website/ CRM Intern

Internship Description:
LCHT is seeking a Website/CRM intern to assist with website migration and to generate and organize
LCHTs constituent relationship management (CRM) system.

Major Responsibilities Include:


Take lead on adding content to LCHTs new website
Continue to build out LCHTs CRM
Take lead on organizing LCHTs library (physical and electronic files)
Develop standardized methods for naming, storing files
Contribute knowledge to specific projects as needed, including data entry into Action Plan database

Qualifications:
Strong preference for intern pursuing degree in Library Science or Computer Science
Experience in HTML
Experience with Salesforce
Strong organizational and time management skills
Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritizing, and set and meet deadlines
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, efficient in Excel
Possess attention to detail

Time Commitment:
150 hours to be completed over course of academic semester
Meetings between in-person (one day a week or bi-weekly) and remote (phone, Skype) meetings.
