I am great at communication. I served a mission in Guatemala and was able to speak well
with people of all cultures and backgrounds there. I realize that good communication is the
heart of every great relationship with students, parents, teachers, administrators, and
everyone involved in education.

I have great leadership skills, while still in high school I was in the presidency of five clubs. I
realize that it is important to be a good leader and a good follower. To be a good leader you
need to listen to the ideas of those who you lead and incorporate those ideas into the group.
I feel I have that ability and the ability to solve problems when necessary.
