ASSESSMENT/EVIDENCE OF STUDENT LEARNING:
How will I know that the learning outcomes are being achieved?
Group work will allow me to gather the students prior knowledge on pictures of Jesus in the gospel. I will use
dialogue and oral questioning as a means of assessment to examine if they students can describe the different
perspectives of Jesus in each of the gospels. Looking up the gospel will demonstrate they are able to reference the
bible. Getting the student to do some role play will show me if they understand the evangelist and their story of Jesus.
Other means of assessment will be homework. This will demonstrate if the students are able to list the symbols of the
evangelists

DIFFERENTIATION:
How will I differentiate the content knowledge of this lesson so as to include all learners in a mixed
ability class?
Throughout the lesson I will ask a series of both Higher and lower order questions. This will allow for a clearer
understanding of the topic and also to cater for abilities in the classroom. I have incorporated various teaching
methodologies which will cater for all learning styles in the classroom e.g. visual, reading, and writing. Therefore
from each of these activities I hope to develop each students understanding of the topic.
