campus facilities, money allocation forms, travel requests, purchasing forms, and food requests.
Co-develop and facilitate club advisor and club officer training sessions.
Develop, maintain and approve up to 4 student work schedules per semester.
Delegate tasks to student workers, such as: opening and closing the office, posting flyers for
campus events, locker rental, and presentation set-up and break-down.
Assist in the planning and execution of campus activities: Welcome Week, Fall Fest, Winter
Wonderland and Spring Fling which reached 200 -7,000 students depending on the event.

Collaborate with other departments Marketing, Career Communities, Regional Centers,
and New Student Enrollment to develop campus events through committees and e-mail in
order coordinate the logistics of the events.
o Contact up to 30 external vendors via phone and e-mail to invite them to campus and
engage with students about their services.
Designed, marketed, and implemented the first March Madness Challenge with 35 entries.
Reinstated, schedule, market and oversee the Open Gym program (open basketball 2 times a
week) with the Physical Education Department. Duties include, setup, sign-ins, release waiver
contracts, and mediating conflicts
Redesigned the locker rental system including rental, documentation, tracking, and training of
five professional staff and four student workers on procedures.
Contributed ideas to the new Mission, Vision, and Purpose statement for the Office of Student
and Community Engagement.
Attended American Student Government conference in order to help reinstate Student
Government on campus.

Updated and maintained student academic assignment schedules for 3 varsity sports: Mens &
Womens Basketball and Softball.
Conducted 1-on-1 advising sessions with three student athletes throughout the semester
Tutored student athletes in several subjects: Physics, Math, Writing, Sociology, and Psychology.
Analyzed transcripts of potential high school recruits to determine initial eligibility.
Compiled final GPAs and APR point for the Mens Basketball team.
