Director: Organizes mission and strategy to assure that the


mission is being fulfilled through programs, planning and
community outreach.
o Job Responsibilities:
Oversee implementation of programs
Ensure the programs are carried out by the mission
Oversees planning/strategies and effectiveness

Develop, maintain, and support Board of Directors
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performance team
Begin to build partnerships and establish
relationships with local programs
o Job Requirements:
Advanced degree, ideally an MBA with at least 10
years of senior management experience
Strong commitment to quality programs and datadriven program evaluation
Excellence in organizational management with the
ability to coach, manage, and develop a high
performance team
Able to manage a budget
Strong marketing, public relations, and fundraising
experience with the ability to engage in a wide range
of cultures
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Adaptable and innovative
Ability to work effectively and collaborate with
diverse groups of people
Strong passion, positive attitude, and mission-driven
Program Coordinator: Develops and implements programs
designed to support the organizations mission and goals.
o Job Responsibilities:
Plan/Design Events
Set up each event.
Coordinates one or more programs including,
fundraising, budgeting and community outreach
Reports to supervisor
o Job Requirements:
At least a bachelors degree and 2-4 years of
experience in field of related area

Familiar with standard concepts practices, and


procedures
Able to work under general supervision
Creativity
Community Outreach Coordinator: Creates and implements
an annual outreach plan.
o Job Responsibilities:
Attend community meetings
Coordinates with local volunteering events
Conduct month volunteer satisfaction surveys
Recruit volunteers
Social Media advertisement
o Job Requirements:
Bachelors Degree required
Five plus years of business/development experience
Marketing experience is highly desirable
Documented successful partnership experience and
understanding of fundraising/income development

Fundraising/ Budget Coordinator: Major role is to fund events


and analyze cost of all services.
o Job Responsibilities:
Solicit donors
Create effective and functional methods to gain
monetary funds for the organization
Monitor and report financial status/budget to
treasurer
Oversee and participate in the execution of major
fundraising programs
Manage fiscal accountability for income requirements
Provide accurate projections to director
o Job Requirements:
Bachelors degree (Business or Non-profit
Management preferred)
2 or more years experience in sales, corporate
development or fundraising or equivalent
combination of education and experience
Flexible schedule
Able to travel occasionally
Strong computer skills and ability to use existing
technology to achieve desired results
Board Members: Make decisions in the best interest of the
organization. To ensure that the organization obeys all laws and

acts ethically. They ensure that the activities of the organization


advance its overall mission.
o Secretary: Main role is to ensure safety and accuracy of
all of the organizational records.
Job Responsibilities:
Attend all board meeting
Document meeting minutes
Provides notice to board of all meetings
Job Requirements:
Bachelors degree required
2-4 years experience in similar position
Competent in word, excel, power point
Must be able to type 45 words per minute
Organized and efficient
Interpersonal and phone skills helpful
Flexible schedule
o President: Presides over board meetings. Influential over
how the board uses their time and the selection of board
members.
Job Responsibilities:
Recruits new board members
Appoints committee chairs and services
In charge of new member orientation/training
Works alongside direction to ensure goals are
carried out
In charge of continuing education for board
members
Job Requirements:
At least a bachelors, ideally with an MBA, MPA
or related advanced degree
At least 15 years of overall professional
experience
Prior nonprofit experience ideal
Management of global or multisite organization
preferred
Board development, fundraising, marketing,
and management experience required
Coalition building skills with the ability to
communicate and work effectively with variety
of internal and external stakeholders
Persuasive negotiator able to achieve
consensus amongst differing opinions

Outstanding presentation and communication


skills including outgoing spokesperson,
relationship builder, and fundraiser
Strong commitment to the professional
development of staff and retaining a diverse
team

o Treasurer: Oversees the management and reporting of an


organizations finances.
Job Responsibilities:
Bank account maintenance
Financial transaction oversight
Budgets
Oversees financial policies
Keep the board regularly informed of key
financial events, trends, concerns, and financial
reporting forms in a timely fashion
Job Requirements:
Bachelors degree in finance or accounting
At least 10 years of progressively responsible
treasurer experience
Thorough understanding of derivatives,
investments, bank account management, and
international funds flow
