First we must make a meeting to speak about what must be done in the project and what it is all about.
Talk about the due date and make a checklist of what must be completed each day.
Meet with everyone and talk about the expectations of the project.

Ask for a sample of previous docent and what type of format they would like it to be.

Get the list of artist that will be in the gallery and that will be included in the docent.

Research how the artist like to have their name wirtten (first name or last name first).

Capatalize the last name to make it noticeable for visitors what the last name is.
Reseach the reason the artist likes to have their name a certain way.
Family background must be researched to find out the importance of last names for every family.

Reseach when the artist was born and where he/she was born.

Unit 3

Research what inspires the artist and what type of style they do.
Research a timeline of all the artist accomplishments and where they have displayed their works.
Lastly research any specific techniques or videos of their works along with the concepts their work presents.

Unit 4

Print pages out for each person peer-reviewing my draft of the docent.
Have a meeting to talk about changes that need to be made and any things that need to be taken out or added in.
Take notes to assure all corrections are made before the next draft submittion date.
Make the changes and ask for any additional questions to make sure everything is clear.

Save the final draft in the universal drive, that all ASTC faculty can access to.

Email specific staff my final draft of the packet.

Get ready for the next docent packet.
