1/16-17 Becky Smith, from Hampshire Constabulary to speak on Community Speed Watch
(confirmed).
2/16-17 Up to 30 Minutes Question Time.
3/16-17 Apologies for absence.

6/16-17 To confirm and approve the minutes of the previous meeting held 9th March 2016

b. To agree comments on application (for each application 5 minutes are allowed for

P/00287/16 The Greenbarn, Lucketts, Main Road, Bouldnor: Proposed change of use from farm
shop and storage to farm shop and caf.
P/00312/16 Guyers, 1 St Michaels Close, Shalfleet: Single storey rear extension to provide kitchen.
P/00317/16 Heathercot, Cranmore Avenue, Cranmore: Demolition of lean-to; alterations; single
storey rear extension to provide lounge and kitchen to include additional living accommodation within
roofspace and inset balcony on rear elevation.
8/16-17 Clerks Report (copies circulated to Cllrs, hard copies will be available at the meeting).
9/16-17 Councillors reports (including the Ward Councillor).

10/16-17 Finance:
a) To Agree to purchase 25 Sunrise Good News Hardback Bibles price, as of date of research
274.75 with free delivery.
b) Shalfleet Junior Rover To Decide whether to extend the period of use due to expire 30th
April 2016.
c) To discuss request for PC to give a financial contribution towards Armed Forces Day 18 th
June 2016.
11/16-17 To Agree to move October 2016 meeting forward from 12th to 5th October in order for
Locum cover to be available whilst the Clerk is on leave. Meeting to be held at Wellow
Institute (which is available on the alternative date).
12/16-17 Footpaths Cllr McGuirk requested a discussion by the PC on these.
13/16-17 Correspondence details of correspondence received tabled.
