Feedback from Process:

Alyssa is a great contribution to our classroom because
she is consistently asking great questions and involving
her classmates in whole group learning. She is under
the mark of moderately of Homework Completion
because she does not always engage in the homework

but we have had a one-on-one discussion about this. It
is not mandatory for Alyssa to complete homework because of her assessment
scores. When she does engage in homework it is because she has internal
motivation and knows that she needs extra practice. I have noticed that when she
understands a topic very well she tends to be impatient but we have had a nice
conversation about how she can continue to learn through this time. I enjoy Alyssas
presence in my classroom and I am excited to see how she continues to grow in her
learning.
Academic Progress (Comparison from pre-test to post-test):
Alyssas academic progress comes from the difference of scores from pre-tests to
post-tests.

Comments:
Alyssa and I have met together to implement a plan to help with her attitude in
class and also look at other resources to help her practice content.
