I have improved over the course of the semester, but there is alwas room for further improvement. I was to work on my problem-solving skills so when
the situation calls for it I am better able to handle the situation and provide correct care. I also want to improve my time management skills so I can
complete all the nursing care by a certain time especially for the morning care. I also need to learn how to better prioritize my plan of care. I have
developed a learning plan to work on improving theses skills. I will continue to review my notes and medications, so I am better prepared for next
semester. I will also continue to implement all the feedback that my instructor and peers have provided. I will continue to improve my nursing skills and
work towards becoming a better nurse.
