And justice refers to the fairness. However,
the justice is judged by the judge and the

3. Scenario: Miss Nina is driving a car

at 12 midnight. At the junction, the
traffic light is red. On that night,
there is no other cars on the road. So
Miss Nina decided the right things
because to her, to wait will be a
waste of her time. Please comments
the scenario by explaining the
relationship between law and
morality

What is law?
1. Law is a rule that has to obey by everyone.
2. Law is set to retain justice.
3. the aim of a given law is to encourage the doing of what is
right or just in a particular set of circumstances.

What is morality?
1. Morality is principles concerning the distinction between
right and wrong or good and bad behavior.
2. Morality and ethics are an important part of human nature,
it is what causes us to be kind to one another.

From the scenario given,

1. Miss Nina has broke the law of beating the red light.
-. Miss Nina broke the law because there is no car.
-. Miss Nina thought there are no police around, so she broke
the law.
2. Miss Nina follows her thought to break the law of beating the
red light
-. Miss Nina was not concerned that she broke the law.
-. Miss Nina do not want to waste time for waiting the red light
as there is no car around

Some actions are illegal because the whole society

disapproves the actions based on moral or religious
grounds even though they harm no ones life or property.

But some actions are just immoral so it doesnt set into

law. But in this scenario, breaking the red light is a law but
at night, breaking red light wont be caught but is an act of
immoral.
