1. What was the primary attempt of all Prophets of Allah?
A: The primary attempt of all the Prophets of Allah was to
reform mankind. They concentrated mainly on transferring
their beliefs to their followers.
2. The Quran has laid the greatest emphasis on what and in
which Surah?
A: The Quran has laid the greatest emphasis on Allahs
absolute Unity and Oneness. The concept has been summed
up in Surah Ikhlas of the Holy Quran.
3. What is the greatest of all sins?
The greatest of all sins is Shirk or associating partners with
Allah
4. What do we mean by Tauheed?
Tauheed means belief in the Unity and Oneness of Allah.
5. What are the adjectives only for Allah?
It means that Allah is the Supreme Being, the Creator,
Sustainer, and Master of the universe, the Highest Authority
and exlucively worthy of worship. The first Surah of the Holy
Quran begins with the words, Praise be to Allah, the
Cherisher, and Sustainer of the Worlds.

The names of the four great angels are Mikael, Izrael, Israfil,
and Jibrael.
7. What is the duty of Hazrat Jibrael?
The duty of Hazrat Jibrael is to be the chief among the angels.
He is said to have revealed the Quran to the Holy Prophet and
also brought revelations to the prophets before him.
8. What is the duty of Hazrat Israfil?
The duty of Israfil is to blow the trumpet at the time of the end
of the world, that is, on the Day of Judgment.

The duties of the angels are to act as Allahs messengers, but
not to descend except by Allahs command. They strengthen
the hearts of the righteous believer and are their protectors.
The implore forgivness for the believers but they can offer no
intercession for them. They send blessings on the Holy
Prophet and the believers.

Who are Kiram-am-Katibeen?
Kiram-am-Katibeen are two angels that sit on the shoulders of
every person and write down every single deed that they do.

Who are the most prominent angels and what are their
specific duties?
The most prominent angels are Jibrael, Israfil, Izrael, and
Mikail. The duty of Hazrat Jibrael is to be the chief among the
angels. He is said to have revealed the Quran to the Holy
Prophet and also brought revelations to the prophets before
him. The duty of Hazrat Israfil is to blow the trumpet on the
Day of Judgment. Hazrat Izrael is the angel of death and is
responsible for taking our souls upon death. Lastly, Hazrat
Mikail is charged to look after the universe, movement of the
stars, planets, and galaxies and the forces of nature. He is
responsible for rain and providing provision to people on
Allahs command.

which prophets had these divine books?
The divine books are the Sahifas, Zabur, Taurat, Injeel, and the
Holy Quran. The Sahifas were revealed to Hazrat Adam,
Ibrahim, and other prophets. The Zabur was revealed to
Hazrat Daud. The Taurat was revealed to Hazrat Musa. The
Taurat was a guide and mercy. This book contained guidance,
Allahs commands and warnings for the Bani Israel who failed
to act according to its teachings. They deserted and perverted
this book. No copy of the original Taurat is available today.

Next was the Injeel, which was granted to Hazrat Isa. The
Injeel confirmed the Taurat and contained guidance and light
for the Bani Israel. The people who this book was sent down
for forgot the message and didn't act according to its
teachings. The last was the Holy Quran sent down to Hazrat
Muhammad. This is the most comprehensive book revealed. It
was revealed through Hazrat Jibrael. It was not sent down at
once. It confirms the previous revelations and corrects the
errors from previous books. It is the perfect book and divine
revelation. It speaks of the Attributes of Allah. It talks about all
the Islamic principles and how man should act according to
what is written in the book. It tells us how to carry out
religious and how to live our daily lives. It is a code of life.

What does the word revelation mean?
The word revelation means a name given to the means of
communication employed by Allah for conveying His
command and messages to prophets and apostles. It isnt
from the Prophets own thought.

Sahifahs were messages given from Allah to various Prophets like
Hazrat Adam PBUH, Hazrat Ibrahim PBUH.

The Quran states the stories of some earlier prophets and


nations. The Quran mentions revelations sent to Hazrat Nuh,
Ibrahim, Ismil, Ishaq, Daud, Musa, Isa, and the Holy Prophet. It
also says that each of the previous prophets were sent to
some particular nation, people or tribe. Therefore, the books
revealed to those prophets was a guidance to the people it
was sent for.

All the messages sent to Prophets before the Holy Prophet PBUH
were as warnings and guidance for a particular tribe or community.
Where as in the other case, they were meant to be universal.

aspects. It is meant to be universal and for all of mankind.

The Day of Judgement will come at a time only known to Allah SWT.
It will commence with a deafening noise. The earth will split apart.
The mountains will crumble to dust and fly here and there like dust.
Life after death is eternal, and will be determined based on a
persons deeds he or she commits in this life. There will hell for the
polytheists and nonbelievers. There will be heaven for the righteous
and believers.

The meaning of Qadr is destiny and it implies the measuring
out of something or fixing a limit to it.

The universe and everything contained therein is the outcome of the
planning and will of the Creator.

The hands, feet, and other body parts will bear witness of what a
man did in his or her life.

Heaven will be for the righteous and the believers. Hell will be for
the polytheists and the non-believers.

A: It is described as a day of which only Allah SWT knows. On this


day, everything will crumble and tumble, and the wirings from the
Quran will vanish.

A: This was so it would be a lesson for mankind that all of mankind,


even the prestigious Prophets will have to face death.
