Subject: A proposal to make sure we have the resources to support every person in this planet
PURPOSE
Our Earth is capable of producing necessary resources like food, water, and land. However
because of high overpopulation, the resources are being depleted at a high rate. This
memorandum is being written to purpose that government officials take immediate action on
reducing the United States population. The goal is to reduce world overpopulation. The purpose
is to propose a law which would limit the number of children being born to a single family.
Government officials purpose a law which restricts the number of children that a single family
can have. By limiting the number of kids, per family our resources would not deplete as quickly.
This will benefit us all by making sure we have the necessary resources to support every person
in this planet in a sustainable way.

PROBLEM
The problem is overpopulation, and if we keep having more people in this world we will run out
of vital resources like food, water, and land. If overpopulation keeps continuing to increase the
world will experience shortages of food and water and possibly creating confutation. Fifty
percent of our resources will grow so fast by 2030 so that even two planets will not be enough.
At this rate, it is possible that our resources would be depleted faster than the earth can replace it.

Human population is similar to the animal kingdom. In the animal kingdom species fight or
attack each other in order to survive. It talks about how growth destroys life support systems. If
we do not fix overpopulation we will have depletion of natural resources. The Earth can only
produce a limited amount of water and food.

Second, degradation of environment with the overuse of coal, oil and natural gas will produce
some serious effects in the world like water, food and everything we need to survive. Also the
pollution such as the green house gases which effects the temperature of the climate.
Lastly, overpopulation will conflict over water are becoming a source of tension between
countries. This recommendation will ensure we continue to natural resources for years to come if
we do not complete deplete them. The world population continues to grow rapidly. According to
the United States Census in the 1900's AD the world population is three times greater then the
entire history it increased from 1.5 to 6.1 billon in just the 100 years.

Solution
My goal is to make sure we have important resources available to support every person for many
years to come. This memorandum is to propose a mandatory solution to reduce overpopulation
which is currently high. Right now, without a policy in place to reduce overpopulation we are
heading to a disaster. Eventually this policy will assure that every human being is able to obtain
the necessary resources and ultimately have a less stressful situation. The implementation will
start by first educating the community and hopefully making them aware of the danger zone we
are heading into.

One of the action plans are having better education on birth control. One of the first
measures is to implement policies reflecting social changes. The social changes look like
economy equality and modernization becoming larger in size. This will start in January
12, 2016. The people in charge of creating better education would be the government and
department of health.

Next: making humans aware of family planning. By raising awareness among people
regarding family planning and letting them know about serious effects of overpopulation,
This will also start January 12, 2016. Parents, schools, the government, and last the
community would be in charge to let them know.

Lastly, giving worldwide tax benefits or concessions an incentive by having government

of various countries come together with policies related to tax exemptions. These tax
breaks are to start January 12 2016. As a result of this recommendation, overpopulation
will decrease and thus reduce consumption of natural resources.

CONCLUSION
A proposal to make sure we have the resources to support every person on this planet. On a
greater scale, it will not affect the animal kingdom by not taking their land and possibly creating
a disaster between humans and animals.
