Patient will demonstrate adequate temporal orientation skills with 90% accuracy given min-mod verbal/visual cues for thought organization and/or use of a written/visual aid (calendar). 4. Patient will demonstrate adequate spatial orientation skills with 90% accuracy given min-mod verbal/visual cues for thought organization and/or use of a written/visual aid. 5. Patient will generate solutions to hypothetical ADL problem solving scenarios to increase safety awareness with 90% accuracy given min-mod verbal/visual cues for reasoning. 6. Patient will name 8-10 items in a category given mod-max verbal/visual cues for thought organization and additional cognitive processing time. 7. Patient will name category of 3 items presented with 80% accuracy given mod-max verbal/visual cues for thought organization. 8. Patient will sequence 3-step ADL tasks with 80% accuracy given mod-max verbal/visual cues for reasoning. Long-Term Goals 1. Patient will present with min cognitive deficits given min-mod verbal/visual cues to increase recall, thought organization, reasoning, and safety awareness.
