chemical compound known asCorium 50 which is manufactured by Magna Industrial
Co. Ltd subject to the conditions specified in thefollowing Schedule.
SCHEDULE
1, The chemical compound is approved under the category 26 for use as
Miscellaneous Compound

The chemical compound shall be manufactured, labelled and contain directions for
use in accordanee with the details supplied by the applicant in the application for
approval dated 4 September 1998.
3. The person to whom this approval is granted shall notify the Secretary of any
proposed alteration of formulation, labelling or directions for use of the chemical
compound, and shall not effect any such altcrations without recei ving notification
of approval from the Secretary.
4. This approval is not to be construed as an indication that the Secretary has tested
the efficacy of the chemical compound nor as an endorsement of the chemical
compound.
5. The person to whom this approval is granted shall not use the approval in any
form of advertising or on any label unless the wording or display has been
approved, in writing, by the Secretary.
6. This approval may be revoked at any time—
(a) if any of the conditions made by this approval ar not complied with; or
(b) _ if the circumstances in which this approval was made change.

1, John William Ritchie, delegate of the Secretary in pursuance of order! 28 of the Prescribed
Goods (General) Orders hereby approve for use in registered establishments the chemical
compound known as Zenith 128 which is manufactured by Magna Industrial Co. Ltd subject to
the conditions specified in the Schedule.
SCHEDULE
1. The chemical compound is approved under the category 12 for use as Lubricant Type C.
2. ‘The chemical compound shall be manufactured, labelled and contain directions for use in
accordance with the details supplied by the applicant in the application for approval dated
26 August 1997,
3. ‘The person to whom this approval is granted shall notify the Secretary of any proposed
alteration of formulation, labelling or directions for use of the chemical compound, and
shall not effect any such alterations without receiving notification of approval from the
Sceretary.
4. This approval is not to be construed as an indication that the Secretary has tested the
efficacy of the chemical compound nor as an endorsement of the chemical compound.
5. The person to whom this approval is granted shall not use the approval in any form of
advertising or on any label unless the wording or display has been approved, in writing, by
the Secretary.
6. This approval may be revoked at any time.
