Brief Description of the Tasks
Bus Duty- Supervised students to make sure they got on their correct
busses and established order during the process.
Bus Duty- Helped my AP count the number of students who rode bus 113 due to the changes in student
population and bus routes.
AP requested I call student's parent (not my student) to inform her of transportation policies for any future
transportation changes/requests

Organization meeting with AP, during this time AP got called to the nurse's office to deal with a student who did
not want to change his soiled uniform and wouldn't stop kicking the restroom door. The principal was there as
well. Mom was called and the principal made the executive decision to send the student home because he
seemed

School Broadcast - AP showed me how to do "call outs" to remind parents of grade level Curriculum Nights
scheduled for October a recorded message was sent out to all parents
AP got called for a kindergartener who was misbehaving in class he was kicking books and throwing class
materials. I assisted AP with this matter.
