I would like to recognize three special people in this

appreciation essay. These people have been there for me

throughout the very bad but also the great. They are very
supportive, positive, and make the best out of every situation.
I would first like to appreciate Mrs. Acheson. I had Mrs.
Acheson for Fashion Design my freshmen year, Clothing and
Textiles II and III my sophomore and junior year and finally ROP
Creative Design and Merchandising my junior year. Mrs. Acheson
was the first to introduce me to her club, FHA-Hero, she always
wanted me to join and I finally did my sophomore year. Through
the club she has always supported me and acted like a second
mother to me. Mrs. Acheson is an amazing person and has
always pushed me to be my absolute best. Im so thankful for
being able to meet her, take her classes, and experience
FHA-Hero with her.
Next, I would like to appreciate Mr. Jimenez. I had Mr. Jimenez
for Algebra II my sophomore year and his T.A. my junior and
senior year. Mr. Jimenez is a person that loves to laugh and loves
to make other people laugh as well. He has a serious tone when

he is teaching but when he is out of the teaching mode, he is a

goofy, relatable, helpful, and caring person. When I went through
a few rough patches junior year, he was the first person I went
to and he helped me on what to do and cheered me up along the
way. He is also the type of person to talk about your interests
and ask about them while also giving you motivation and
support. Im thankful to have met him my sophomore and took
the time to get to know him.
The final person I would like to appreciate is Mrs. Meyer. I met
Mrs. Meyer my sophomore year, when I was introduced to
FHA-Hero. I also have her Child Development class my senior
year. During FHA-Hero events or competitions I always sat in the
front seat with her and we would always have so much fun
laughing and rocking to music. She is also a very supportive
person and I can always depend on her to listen to me when Im
in distress and give me great advice. Im so grateful for
everything she has done for me and thankful that I have her in
my life.
