Dear Sir/Madam,

We are Team Arion, a group of youth aspirants from Youth Corps Singapore; a programme
under the National Youth Council that encourages lifelong volunteerism by matching youth
volunteers with critical community needs. Although our group of 10 like-minded youths is diverse
with varying backgrounds, we have a common goal to create positive change in the disabled
community in Singapore.

For our first project, Team Arion will be working with Bishan Home for the Intellectually
Disabled. The project aims to generate interest, unleash creativity, and instill a stronger sense of
belonging in the beneficiaries through engaging them in the enhancement of 9 faces of wall within
the Home. During this journey, we will also be recruiting volunteers from various institutions to
interact with the clients of Bishan Home. Publicity efforts will also feature regular updates of the
project, including the efforts put in by the clients. The Team aims to reach out to 50 volunteers from
all walks of life.

On behalf of Team Arion, I hope to seek resource or cash sponsorship from JTC. Furthermore,
I would like to take this opportunity to also invite JTC onboard to join us as partners in the successful
implementation of this initiative, considering that JTC has been actively and passionately involved
in helping underserved communities, which we aim to benefit. This will be an extremely appropriate
collaboration as JTCs main focus is on infrastructural design and construction which runs parallel
to our initiative and we sincerely hope to be able to tap on JTCs expertise.

As a gesture of appreciation for the contributions from JTC, we will be acknowledging your
organization in our publicity materials. In addition, invitations will be extended to your organization
to attend the launch and completion ceremonies, where we will be inviting key personnel from the
National Youth Council and the Bishan Toa Payoh GRC.
