SUB:SEEKING INFORMATION UNDER RIGHT TO INFORMATION ACT 2005
Sir, Myself the undersigned hereby seek following information from your office regarding my application dated 16th August,2013(copy attached) Query:1 I have applied for a periodicals name registration to your office through proper channels as prescribed in law with attested stamp and approval of SDM Ahmedabad but till date I have not received my title as applied for what is the reason of such a long delay? Query:2 In a latter communication 21.1.2014 I was asked to clarify on the issue of name and meaning of titles which I have asked for, for which categorically explaining all six titles in simple english have been delivered to your office through SDMS Office Ahmedabad(copy attached) inspite of that why such a long delay in allotting the title to me is made in due process normally what is the timeframe in which such titles are allotted please reply. Query:3 Has your office received my reply to your queries categorically answered ? Query:4 When shall I receive my title? and why is it being delayed? Please specify the reason? Query:5 once again all explanation is being sent to you of name of titles as asked for along with Rs.20 revnue stamps affixed on the back of this application.
