Instant Activity:
Today we will playing a game called
ships and sailors. This game is like a
version of simon says except there
are certain things that tell you what
you have to do. If I say these things
this is what you do
Ships- run to the right
Sailors- run to the left

Hit the deck- sit down


Captains coming- stand and salute
until I say at ease, if you move
before I say that your out
Four sailors rowing- group of four
act like your rowing
Five sailors pointing north- group of
five, point to sky
The last person to do the command
will be out and will join me up here
to try to distract everyone else.
Then we will play one round of
sharks and minnows. I need two
people to volunteer to be it.

Today you will either be playing a

you get to choose which one you

The purpose of playing a game of
basketball and football is so that the
students can choose which one they
would rather play and get some
more practice with it.

are playing then form teams and go

Review: good job today class, it
looked like the majority of you were
really getting into the games. Next
week will be our last week of tiger
pride and you will be doing fitness
testing Monday and Tuesday.
