To Whom It May Concern:
‘This letter is a personal recommendation for JoAnne Saba. JoAnne has been precepting with me
since February 2016, During that time, I have come to know JoAnne very well.
When I first met JoAnne, she immediately told me that she wanted to learn and she wanted to
start having patients right away. She is a self-starter. We went through many of the policies and
procedures of the hospital and she always had many questions as to the whys and the hows of the
procedure and policy. When administering medications she is very thorough and gives very
precise information on that medication, She loves to teach and it shows when she talks with the
patients and the patient’s families.
JoAnne is also very personable. She will ask questions about the patient and their family and I
found she helped make the patients and families feel at ease when we were teaching ot even
changing a dirty bed. One of her best assets is that she feels comfortable asking questions. If she
does not know an answer, she finds one in a timely fashion and passes it on to the appropriate
persons.
‘Whenever we had downtime, she went out of her way to help others. She filled carts, helped
change beds, and generally was useful. There was no job too small for her or too large.
believe that JoAnne’s exceptional character and her desire to succeed in her chosen career will
‘make her an excellent employee.
Sincerely,
