    PLEDGE

    An accessory contract whereby a debtor delivers to the creditor or a third


    person a movable or personal property, or document evidencing incorporeal
    rights, to secure the fulfillment of a principal obligation with the condition
    that when the obligation is satisfied, the thing delivered shall be returned to
    the pledgor with all its fruits and accessions, if any.
