PROJECT DEVELOPER Upper Botocan River | Aurora All Asia | Hydroelectric Power | Energy Corporation Plant CAPACITY | 8.64 MW In the light of the foregoing and considering the above-stated Hydroelectric Power Project will affect the environment as well as the lives of the people in your Barangay and the whole town of Majayjay, our clients would like to respectfully request from your good office for the following informations/documents as follows:A copy of the Application of the above-named Project Owner/Developer for the issuance of Barangay Permits/ Licenses for the establishment of the above-described Hydroelectric Power Project; A copy of the Barangay Permit/License issued to Aurora All Asia Energy Corporation for the establishment of the above-described Hydroelectric Power Project; A copy of the Barangay Endorsement/Sangguniang Barangay Resolution —_authorizing/endorsing the establishment of the said Hydroelectric Power Project; and Records of the Minutes of the Public Hearing conducted for the establishment of the above-described Hydroelectric Power Project. In the absence of, or in the event your office has not issued any of the above-described requested documents, may we request for the issuance of the necessary Certification that Barangay Botocan of Majayjay has not issued any Barangay Permits/Licenses, Barangay Endorsement or Sangguniang Barangay Resolution authorizing/endorsing the establishment of the said Hydroelectric Power Project and/or NO Public Hearing of the same is conducted in your Barangay.
