Re: Permission to improve hostel facilities(doors)

I would like to seek your attention to resumes as attached for your review. I found that it was an
increasing number of privacy,safety and burglary cases among the students.

We have analyze that we need to change the normal door to the smart door system for the
problem solving. This project can solve a lot of the students problem for example lack of room
privacy,lost of property and also forgotten to lock the door.

As this is kind of important, I hope to get your permission to start the project as soon as
possible.
