changing also appear on their paintings.
Favourite:
Portrait of Louise-Antoinette Feuardent(1841)
Jean-Francois Millet(French)

This painting is a portraiture. Analyse the painting basical structure, whole painting is
in gray and black. The artist chooses the triangle composition and the lighter
background make the main part extrude out.
For the colors, white, black and grey make her stable on the painting. She looks
docilk and calm however she has her own spirit. The clothing clean and tidy, hear is
simple, but it still shows her young heart.

Focus on the hands, we can notice some familiar part with Mona Lisa.
Although they are the same pose, we still find the obvious differeances. First the
Mona Lisa is on yellow atomsphere color. So Louise-Antoinette Feuardens hand is
more fair-skinned. And the Mona Lisas are fater and relax. The another one shows
the vitality and spirit.

In her face, there is some red near her eyes, nose and lips.
Conclution: These give us a brave and calm young lady with a vitality and capable
heart.
In French 1841, after July Revolution and Lyon,Worker's Uprisings in, the bourgeoisie steal
the workers money and vigor . Most of the workers want a new revolution to save
themselves.Louise-Antoinette Feuardent is not looks like a nobility or capitalist. She is

a normal worker perhaps. Her face shows the workers courage and capable.
Dislike:
French Wall Capet

Because Louis XIV and Chinese King Shunzhi make a very good friendship, French artists
learn the capet from China. Although it is from China, I still dont like this capet. It is super
decorated and detailed however make me feel sick. I can imagine the decaved norility life and
bureaucracy.
I remeber I saw another famous capet in Chinese TV program before.

I cannot say it is not good, however I cannot accept this style.
