Greater Social Media/Tech Presence within CEC

Need to develop twitter/facebook/instagram presence
Need to make these profiles, take more pictures of
events, post, make facebook events etc.: Vincent
Recruitment Plans
Need to distribute tasks/planning to everyone in the club in order
to keep people who attend meetings sporadically coming back
We dont have as much of an issue of recruitment, but more so of
retention
Include everyone in the club involved in enacting
change, not just the exec board
Ex. engineering week and expo
Send an email blast to the CEC alerting people of our club
meeting times, what were about, voicing of opinions: Paris
Exec board will meet every week (or more if the workload/planning needs
increase)
An hour long meeting on a different day of the week
Meet on Sundays 15-20 minutes early to review schedule, etc.
Student Org Contact
Four groups have not responded yet, Paris reached out to them
individually
Redhawk Hackers Club, Space Exploration Club,
IEEEHKN, Baja racing
E-Week Banquet (organized by Tau Beta Pi)
Everyone is invited and is encouraged to attend
Organizations will be recognized

Similar to the Lockheed room
CECSAC Exec will have swipe access to this room
Could be used to host meetings in the future (how to schedule for
this room)
NEA Grand Challenges
Will be discussed at the meeting with Dean Dollar
Research these prior to our meeting on Tuesday, since this will be
a point of conversation
Will discuss how to structure a committee on these challenges
during meeting
