at a commencing basic salary of RM2,000.00 plus allowance of RM300.00 per
m o n t h . You r a p p o i n t m e n t w i l l c o m m e n c e o n 1 s t O c t o b e r 2 0 1 3 .
You r d u t i e s a n d r e s p o n s i b i l i t i e s a r e a s f o l l o w s - . 1. Overall in charge of all the construction projects.
2. Preparation of the project quality plan and the ISO and OSHAS management
on site
3. Assist the general manager in progress claim and report
4. Monitor the structural and architectural shop drawing submission
5. Ensure all tile works done on site are to the specification, e-g. Quality of the
material and workmanship.
6. Liaise with consultants regarding any drawing discrepancies and building
matters.
7. All Structures are precast hollow core, parapet wall, beams and columns.
8. Ensure all the safety measures are taken and executed
