Reflection:
While completing this matrix, it was easy for me to see how creating presentations such as PowerPoints and Prezis fits directly
into the technology integration concept. I came to understand how creating a PowerPoint would benefit me as a teacher and my
future students in the classroom. I will be able to reach my students by allowing them to use technology in the classroom and
also giving them a resource that is accessible outside of the classroom so that they can continue to learn, grasp and understand
the material I will be discussing in the classroom when I am not around to help them, such as when they are doing homework and
projects at home. The content (PowerPoint, Prezi) that I can put on these websites, such as portals or Blackboard, to enhance
the learning of my students is unlimited; I can use videos, articles, pictures, games, quizzes, and much more. This matrix
reinforced my beliefs on how important and beneficial integrating technology in the classroom is.
